Immersive Training Experience – CASE STUDY

Inglasia pharma solutions recently developed a one day GDP training course to help upskill the staff at a Global Healthcare Freight Forwarding business.

Majority of the staff were unaware of the sensitivity of medicinal products and why certain  GDP controls would apply to them in their day jobs. The training consisted of several examples of every day life and where things could go wrong, where we then linked those to their work within healthcare. Showing very clearly the adverse impact on the medicinal product which they or any of their family members may end up being prescribed.

The message of safe handling and appropriately documenting certain activities in a timely manner, certainly hit home and the learners felt it opened their eyes to take more caution in future on their day to day work in handling medicinal products in their supply chain.
